Triggered Liberty: Mission Support & Resolution

1. Our Commitment to Resolution

At Triggered Liberty, we believe in the quality of our gear. Because we operate on an independent fulfillment model ($2–$5 per item profit), we do not offer "Open Returns" for change-of-mind. We stand for the mission, and we ask our customers to do the same by choosing their gear carefully.

2. Damage & Defect Resolution

If your mission-critical gear arrives damaged or contains a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will resolve it immediately. To process your resolution:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your order's arrival.
  • Provide your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage/defect.
  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement or a refund for the affected item at our discretion.

3. No Exchanges for Size

Because every piece of gear is custom-crafted specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges for size. Please consult our Size Guides carefully before deploying your order from our fulfillment centers.

4. Final Sale Items

All "Gallery" items (Posters, Canvas, Tapestries) and "Tech Gear" (Desk Mats, Phone Cases) are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged in transit.
