1. Independent Fulfillment & Mission Support
Triggered Liberty is an independent, founder-led brand. Unlike massive corporations, we do not have subsidized shipping contracts. We operate on a high-volume, low-margin model ($2–$5 net profit per item) to provide you with premium, original gear.
For this reason, we do not offer "Free Shipping." Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your gear. By paying for shipping, you are directly supporting the Triggered Liberty mission and ensuring the sustainability of independent American craftsmanship.
2. Tactical Processing Time
Because your gear is custom-crafted to order (to reduce waste and keep costs low), please allow for a Tactical Processing Window:
- Apparel & Drinkware: Typically 2–5 business days.
- Gallery & Tech Gear: Typically 3–7 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your gear is deployed from our fulfillment centers, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to monitor its progress to your AO (Area of Operations).
4. Field Lost or Damaged Gear
If your mission-critical gear arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We stand by our gear and our patriots.
